Tulsa County Comprehensive Plan Update

Our staff is updating the Tulsa County Comprehensive Plan, consolidating disjointed plan areas last updated decades ago into a single plan document. Part of the update includes working with towns and cities within Tulsa County to incorporate areas within their fencelines into each municipality’s own plans.

Surveys

To update the plan, we need to hear from residents about their vision for their communities.

We have conducted multiple surveys aimed at specific areas, and we currently have two survey opportunities available. See the maps to the right for the plan areas.

What is a Comprehensive Plan?

A Comprehensive Plan serves to guide the physical development of a city or county over a period of time through a set of goals and policies. The policies provide a long-term framework within which individuals, businesses and public officials make decisions.
