Utica Midtown Corridor Small Area Plan

Adopted in 2014, the Utica Midtown Corridor Small Area Plan identified 148 implementation measures in the north (52 measures) and south (96 measures) portions of the plan area. As of July 1, 2021, about 66% of those implementation measures are complete or ongoing.
