CONSENT AGENDA

All matters under “Consent” are considered by the Planning Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Planning Commission member may, however, remove an item by request.

Review and possible approval, approval with modifications, denial, or deferral of the following:

  1. Z-5578-SP-1a Stuart Van De Wiele (CD 7) Location: South of the southeast corner of Highway 169 and East 61st Street South requesting a Corridor Minor amendment to reduce the building setback line from the east property line from 25 feet to 10 feet.
  1. PUD-360-E-1 Ryan Kuzmic (CD 8) Location: Northwest corner of East 91st Street South and South Memorial Drive requesting a PUD Minor Amendment to allow Retail Sales uses within the west 200 feet of the PUD to allow a Medical Marijuana dispensary.

  1. Z-7630 Lou Reynolds (CD 9) Location: West of the southwest corner of South Yale Avenue and East 51st Street South requesting rezoning from OL, PUD-630 and RS-2 to OM, PUD-630-A and RS-2 (Related to PUD-630-A)
