CONSIDERATION OF PRIVATE STREET ENTRY FEATURE AND GATE DESIGN:
Delaware Park – Location: East of Riverside Parkway at East 115th Place South
Subdivision plat was filed with public streets. Neighborhood is pursuing the conversion of existing public streets to private streets.
Subdivision & Development Regulations require a review of entry features and gate design by the Technical Advisory Committee for conformance with applicable regulations listed in Section 5-060.8
