AG-R Re-Zoning Program Phase MapResidents in the West Highlands/Tulsa Hills Small Area Planning area in Southwest Tulsa are now eligible to apply for a voluntary program to re-zone their properties to the new Agricultural-Residential (AG-R) district at no cost.

The new AG-R zoning district is designed to accommodate the desire for lower-density residential development with larger lot sizes, especially in more rural areas near the edge of the city. While land use regulations and lot and building standards are primarily geared towards residential uses, some agricultural uses could also be permitted. AG-R requires a minimum lot size of 1 acre.

Properties identified on this map approved by City Council are eligible for the program, which will be conducted in three phases between now and July 2020.
