– Location: West of the northwest corner of South Delaware Avenue and East 91st Street South (City of Tulsa, CD 2)

Previous preliminary plat approval has expired. Draft final plat was distributed for review on November 30, 2023.

PRELIMINARY PLAT:
36N – Location: Northeast corner of East 36th Street North and North Peoria Avenue (City of Tulsa, CD 1)
20 lots, 7 blocks, 32.18 + acres – Mixed-Use
Preliminary plat illustrates 7 phases to be completed over the course of 5 years.
Previous preliminary plat (Comanche Park) approval has expired. 

AUTHORIZATION OF ACCELERATED RELEASE OF BUILDING PERMITS:
Applicant is requesting TMAPC to authorize the release of building permits prior to final plat being recorded in order.  Final plat requirements would be deferred to certificates of occupancy rather than building permits.
