The Tulsa Planning Office has been alerted to a scam in which criminals have sent fake invoices on fraudulent letterhead to applicants, asking them for payment via wire transfer. The City of Tulsa will never request payment of application fees via wire transfer. Payment is collected in person at the time of application.
If you have received such an email requesting payment, do not send payment. Please alert our office by emailing planning@cityoftulsa.org or by calling 918-596-7526.
