Applicant is seeking to satisfy requirements for Subdivision & Development Regulations without approval of a new subdivision plat.
Z-7670 – Location: Southwest corner of East 38th Street North and North Harvard Avenue (City of Tulsa, CD 1)
Z-7680 – Location: Northwest corner of East 41st Street South and South 129th East Avenue (City of Tulsa, CD 6)
AUTHORIZATION FOR ACCELERATED RELEASE OF BUILDING PERMIT
Applicant is requesting release of building permits prior to filing of the final plat. If authorized, no certificates of occupancy will be issued until final plat is recorded.
