The Tulsa County Board of Adjustment will be held in the St. Francis Room in Williams Tower I and by videoconferencing and teleconferencing.

At this Meeting the Board of Adjustment, in accord with and pursuant to applicable Board of Adjustment Policies and Procedures, will review, consider, discuss, and may take action on, approve,  amend, modify, approve with amendment(s) or modification(s), deny, reject, or defer any action on any item listed on this Agenda.

  1. Approval of Minutes of April 20, 2021 (Meeting No. 493).

  1. 2881—Jake’s Fireworks – Jason MariettaSpecial Exception to permit a fireworks stand (Use Unit 2) in an RE District (Section 410); Variance of the all-weather surface material requirement for parking (Section 1340.D).  LOCATION:  West of the NW/c of Highway 169 and East 106th Street North
