Location

The Tulsa Planning Office is located in downtown Tulsa, on the 8th floor of Williams Tower 2, at 2 W 2nd Street. Williams Tower 2 is a black, glass skyscraper at the southeast corner of 2nd and Boulder. Ours is the taller of the two buildings, and has the Community Care logo at the top.

Hours

We are open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with the exception of Thursdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m. and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
