West Highlands/Tulsa Hills Plan

Adopted in 2014 and amended in 2019, the West Highlands/Tulsa Hills Small Area Plan identified 16 goals and 73 implementation measures. As of July 1, 2021, about 66% of those implementation measures are complete or ongoing, and another 12% are in progress.
