  1. CZ-527 Olsson Inc., Joe Pace, PE (County) Location: North of the northeast corner of East 76th Street North and North Yale Avenue (North Whirlpool Drive) requesting rezoning from AG to IM to permit industrial uses (related to TCCP-8)
